Our property managers conduct thorough entry and exit inspections between tenancies, as well as routine inspections every three months or as required by your insurance policy. These inspections enable us to promptly identify and address any concerns during or between tenancies, including any maintenance issues that may arise. Maintenance Management

We utilise centralised maintenance to streamline and manage all maintenance activities. This enables our team to respond promptly to any general or urgent remedial work required, secure competitive pricing, effectively manage partnerships with our tradespeople and ensure clear communication with our tenants.

Advertising & Marketing

Your property manager will conduct a thorough market rent review to ensure your property is competitively priced before launching a targeted marketing campaign. As a proud partner of Trade Me Property and Renti, we leverage thousands of daily site visits to maximise your property's visibility to potential tenants. This process is followed by our tenancy vetting and onboarding service.

Tenancy Vetting

Our partnership with Renti enables our team to perform thorough background and credit checks on prospective tenants. This process ensures that we select the most suitable candidates for your property, promoting a positive and seamless experience for all parties involved.

Tenancy Onboarding

Following the completion of the tenancy vetting and selection process, your property manager will prepare a formal tenancy agreement and bond lodgement form for the new tenants. All parties will receive a copy of the entry inspection report prior to the property handover for future reference at the end of the tenancy.
